The HARRY GERIS WRESTLING CLUB (H.G.W.C.)  The club is operating out of the Adrenaline Training Center located at 1794 Dundas Unit # 1 London Ontario. The wrestling club has kids,high school, and elite level classes offered.

Practice Schedule :

• Grades 7 to 12 will be Mondays and Wednesdays from 7-8:30

• Grade 1 to 6 will be Mondays from 6-7 until January when they will go Wednesdays also.

A one year membership at the H.G.W.C. is only $150 for the senior program and $110 for the junior program.
