Lauren wrestled for Harry Geris at Saunders Secondary School. Lauren’s accolades include  placing 2nd at the 2002 Cadet Canadian National Championships and placing 3rd at the 2004 Juvenile Canadian  National Championships.

Adam Summers is a decorated high school wrestler turned coach. Adam, like many of the coaches here at the H.G.W.C., wrestled for Mr. Geris with the Amateur Wrestlers Of London South (A.W.O.L.S.) wrestling club. Adam traveled though out Canada and the United States competing in various tournaments under the tutelage of Harry Geris gaining valuable international experience. Adam’s knowledge and passion for the sport makes him a valuable asset to the H.G.W.C.

Sean Barker has the drive and passion for coaching champions. As a competitive wrestler Sean pushed himself to exhaustion on the wrestling mats, always striving to push his performance to the next level. Sean has successfully transferred his competitive passion for the sport into his coaching and in the process has created numerous championships. Sean competed all over Canada and United States under the tutelage of Mr. Geris at the A.W.O.L.S. wrestling club (now known as the H.G.W.C.), an experience that has shaped the person and the coach he is today

In his competitive years, Todd was feared by his opponents because of his determination and desire to win. The same determination and desire can be seen in Todd as he coaches his wrestlers in practice and at tournaments. Todd encourages his athletes to strive to their highest potential and as a result has created several champions. Todd was a member of Mr. Geris’ wrestling club, an experience that gave him the opportunity to compete nationally and internationally.

Todd is currently a National official for Canada in the sport of amateur Wrestling.

Toufic wrestled with heart every time he stepped onto a wrestling surface, always giving his best effort. A quality that made his opponents fear his competitive edge. In his competitive years, Toufic dominated his competition and won numerous titles in the process. Toufic wrestled with Mr. Geris’ A.W.O.L.S. wrestling club (now known as the H.G.W.C.), where he gained valuable experience competing in various national and international tournaments. Toufic’s competitive spirit makes him a valuable asset to the coaching staff at the H.G.W.C.
